About Howard County Reads To cultivate a love of reading and to promote a sense of community, the Kokomo-Howard County Public Library and the Greentown Public Library are working together again to create “HOWARD COUNTY READS 2010 – You Decide”, a program where all members of the public will have the opportunity to nominate and vote for this year’s top title.
Voting is currently open and members of the public are encouraged to vote for the book they would like to be chosen. You may fill out the online voting ballot, or ballots are also available at all of our library locations.
